Exemplary Customer Service
I work in customer service field and am very proud about this, However I have to say that after speaking to the customer service rep of Speak Asia I am just speechless. The only words that am able to come up with are WOW!!!!!!!!!
This incident occurred when I by mistake transferred some funds into a wrong account of another Speak Asian. I realized this only when the person who was supposed to receive the funds reported that he did not receive the funds, now I was in a fix as the amount was a big figure.
So after a lot of investigation and analysis I found out that I had given the wrong account info, So I immediately got in touch with the customer service department of Speak Asia(Phone No.: 91-11-46488000 / 91-11-46170511). They were very polite and patient they did the maths with me and came to a conclusion that I had transferred the funds into someone else’s account. Now I was very upset as I was sure the amount is gone and had started the process to transfer another amount of same denomination to my friend “the actual intended recipient”. There came the surprise when the rep told me that they can get me in touch with the person who received the funds( Now this is what I call out of box thinking---- in customer service language) I spoke to the person and the kind gentleman transferred the funds back to me without any fuss(Speak Asian’s are cool).

sir i too made the same mistake.i send my RPs from my ID sri2010 to suneeta instead of SUNEETAS (i missed the letter 's' at the end BYMISTAKE).then those RPs sent to someother person whose id is suneeta.when i contact custmercare they are always busy.i tried for many times ,but it is saying always busy.sir,how can i get RPs back?plzz suggest me?

Speakasia has set example of Manjeet as an best customer service he has got now wud like to know is the same will happen with Sri vidyasagar singotu.

Sagar am so sorry to hear that and can really relate to it but dont worry just keep trying to get in touch with the customer service and specially try during the morning hours the chances are higher to get thru!!!!! am sure they will help you :),,,,, Dushyant don't worry bro SAOL will set an example again this time Sagar just has to get thru the Que
i agree with Manjeet, SA is always there to help ,the key point is to cross the que- thats why sonn there will be 300 persons manning the call center soon. Ex-cdr s shrivastava,mumbai
I surely agree with Mr. Manjeet. 2 months back, I did the same mistake. Instead of transferring RP to the userid VINAYAKA, I transferred the RP to VINAYAK. By mistake, I omitted the last letter A and the RP was transferred to another person. When I contacted the customer service, they first verified my claim and then gave me the contact details of the person with userid VINAYAK. This Angel promptly transferred the RP back to my ID. Cool...

Same thing happened with me also and by the same way I got back my RP on that day we realy very happy and feel we are proud speakasian

i think only binary can be transfer (panel wallet only) not survey money can trasfer to someone's
I have tripod can I transfer my panel wallet of 2nd and 3d in my ist ID's account.

You can only transfer the rp from your panel e wallet to the first id but you will not be able to transfer survey rp
